How it works

Controlled implementation before full sales coverage.

Vantage begins by understanding the commercial reality of the offer. Suitable engagements then move through infrastructure, closer selection, controlled launch and evidence-based optimisation.

Not every application should become an engagement.

Due diligence protects the client, the closer, prospective customers and Vantage. If the offer, appointment flow, fulfilment or approved claims are not ready, Vantage may recommend resolving those issues before launch.

Phase 01

Discovery and due diligence

Establish whether the offer and operating conditions are suitable for managed closing.

  • Review the offer, customer profile and pricing
  • Understand delivery, capacity and customer onboarding
  • Examine lead sources and appointment volume
  • Review available historical sales information
  • Understand refunds, complaints and reputation risks
  • Listen to existing sales calls where available
  • Confirm the claims a closer is authorised to make
Phase 02

Sales infrastructure

Create the standards required for consistent calls, follow-up and reporting.

  • Develop or refine the approved sales playbook
  • Define qualification and disqualification standards
  • Confirm approved claims and escalation points
  • Configure CRM stages and required fields
  • Create follow-up and no-show procedures
  • Set customer-handover responsibilities
  • Agree on reporting definitions and review cadence
Phase 03

Closer selection

Choose for engagement fit—not convenience or general confidence.

  • Screen relevant candidate experience
  • Conduct structured interviews
  • Run offer-relevant role-play scenarios
  • Test discovery and objection diagnosis
  • Assess CRM and follow-up discipline
  • Evaluate coachability and judgement
  • Assign the appropriate closer
Phase 04

Controlled launch

Begin with active oversight while the process is tested in the real sales environment.

  • Confirm calendars, access and communication routes
  • Conduct supervised initial calls where appropriate
  • Review early CRM activity and call outcomes
  • Check offer accuracy and customer suitability
  • Resolve process gaps quickly
  • Provide early coaching and client feedback
  • Report what is observed without overstating conclusions
Phase 05

Optimisation

Use call, pipeline and fulfilment evidence to improve the complete process.

  • Identify repeated lost-deal patterns
  • Improve follow-up timing and relevance
  • Coach specific closer behaviours
  • Monitor lead quality and qualification
  • Review sales and fulfilment alignment
  • Refine reporting definitions where required
  • Review the commercial value of continued coverage

Controlled pilot

Test the working relationship under defined conditions.

Where suitable, an engagement may begin with a limited pilot. The signed agreement should define scope, responsibilities, commercial terms, review points and the conditions for continuation.

Defined input

Agree on appointment sources, expected access, available call volume and client support.

Defined observation

Measure activity, quality and process adherence using the same definitions throughout the pilot.

Defined decision

Review what was learned before maintaining, expanding, changing or ending coverage.

Shared responsibility

Vantage manages sales activity. The client remains essential.

Vantage responsibilities

  • Closer evaluation and preparation
  • Agreed call and follow-up management
  • CRM process adherence
  • Call review and closer coaching
  • Reporting and issue escalation
  • Responsible representation of approved information

Client responsibilities

  • Accurate offer and delivery information
  • Qualified appointment generation
  • System access and timely approvals
  • Responsible service fulfilment
  • Customer onboarding and support
  • Prompt communication about offer or capacity changes

Reporting

Information should support a decision.

The reporting format is agreed with the client and may evolve as data quality improves.

01

Activity

Booked calls, attendance, reschedules, no-shows and completed follow-up.

02

Outcomes

Qualification, decisions, open opportunities, closed-lost reasons and collected revenue where available.

03

Quality

Call-review observations, closer coaching priorities, lead-quality patterns and fulfilment feedback.

04

Action

The changes, client decisions and operational follow-ups required before the next review.
